Reminder!!!
Sports Physicals are scheduled for October 30
Girls 7 PM
Boys 8 PM
Boys Varsity
Boys JV
Boys JR High
Girls Varsity
Girls JV
(NOTE: GIRLS JR HIGH PHYSICALS ARE NOT UNTIL FEBRUARY 2007)
Physical forms should be completed and signed by parents and handed in when your report for your physical.
Individuals will not be permitted to participate in any practice sessions unless a physical has been completed. Failure to have your physical on the above
date will require you to obtain your own physical at your own expense.
